Did you know that you can book the entire venue for private events?
Exclusive access to all of our climbing walls for up to 50 participants for 60 minutes of climbing!

Available any day from 12pm onward.

Price:

– $750 weekends, school holidays, and public holidays per session.
–  Enquire via email for a private booking on a weekday.

Free use of our party room with a minimum order of three food platters per session, purchased from Clip ‘N Climb:

Please note that no outside food is allowed in the party rooms. All food orders must be finalised by 5.30pm Monday prior to your Private Booking.

Booking Changes and Cancellations

All deposits are non refundable

Changes can be made to your booking (i.e menu change, addition to attendees, etc.) until 5.30pm Monday prior to your Private Booking. Any changes made to your booking after this time will incur a $25.00 fee.

Private Bookings can be cancelled any time, if you wish to cancel and move your booking to another date after 5.30pm Monday prior to your Private Booking, your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit must be paid for the new booking.
