Filing out your waiver: Instructions

1. Complete all fields on the first page with the Adult/Guardian details.

2. If there are minors associated with your booking, please add them on the second page, fill in all fields.

3. Read the safety information and terms and conditions on the third page.

4. Sign the form and submit.

Waivers are required for all climbers. Waivers are kept on record for 12 months, you will also be sent a copy of your waiver to your email.
