🕒 How It Works (The 1:45 Experience)

Your total party experience lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes:

• Safety Briefing: Harnessing and learning the ropes.
• Climbing Time: 60 minutes of heart-pumping action on our walls.
• Party Room Hire: 45 minutes for food, cake, and celebration!

Note: Party rooms are available 15 minutes prior to your meal time.

• Menu: Chicken Nuggets, Hot Chips, Fairy Bread, Unlimited drinks (cordial & water).

Option 2: The Pizza Party 

• Cost: $34.95 per person (Min 10 / Max 20)
• Menu: Fresh Woodfired Pizza, Fairy Bread, Smith’s Chips, Water & Cordial.

Option 3: The Standard Menu

• Cost: $38.95 per person | $34.95 Friday Night Special! (Min 10 / Max 20)
• Menu: Chicken Nuggets, Party Pies, Sausage Rolls, Hot Chips, Mini Sandwiches, Fairy Bread, Smith’s Chips, Water & Cordial.

Option 4: The Healthy Menu

• Cost: $42.95 per person (Min 10 / Max 20)
• Menu: Sushi Platter, Seasonal Fruit Platter, Fairy Bread, Smith’s Chips, Water & Cordial.

✅ Step 3: The Party Day Checklist

Everything you need to know before you head out the door!

1. Before You Arrive (Waivers): Please ensure all guests have signed their Online Waiver Form . This is the #1 way to avoid delays at the front desk!
2. What to Wear (Footwear): Safety first! All climbers must wear enclosed shoes (sneakers or runners). We cannot allow climbing in sandals or thongs.
3. When to Show Up (Arrival): Please arrive 15 minutes early. This gives us time for check-in and harnessing so your group gets every minute of their scheduled climbing time.
4. The Cake: You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake! We provide napkins, utensils and a cake knife, or you can simplify your day by ordering our Ice Cream Cake ($25).

💡 Important Details

• Exclusivity: Parties run during public sessions. For Private Venue Hire (20–50 guests), please visit our Private Events page or contact us.
• No External Vendors: To ensure safety, we do not allow outside face painters, characters, or entertainers etc.
• Changes & Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Changes to guest counts or menus must be made by 5:30 PM the Monday prior to your booking ($25 late change fee applies).
