Group Pricing
Clip ‘N Climb Central Coast is proud to offer discounted group rates during the school term for school programs, scout groups, and vacation care providers. Whether you’re planning a school sport activity, a rewards day, or a vacation care excursion, we provide a safe, exciting and memorable climbing experience for all ages.
All group bookings require a 15-minute early arrival for waiver collection and harnessing.
Waiver forms are required for all climbers. Prior to your booking, please send us a list of attendees so we can check waiver status in advance and assist with managing completed and outstanding forms.
School Groups
Ideal for school sport, end-of-term rewards, or group activities during school hours.
– Group Capacity: Up to 50 climbers
(Note: Some time slots may have reduced capacity if another group is already booked.)
– Pricing: $16.50 per person (inc. GST) — School Term Only, excludes weekends.
– Session Duration: 1 hour
– Availability: Weekdays between 10:30am and 3:00pm
– Waiver Management: Lists of attendees help us verify online or physical waivers in advance
Our school group sessions offer a fun and engaging way to encourage fitness, teamwork, and confidence.
Scout Groups
A high-energy activity that’s perfect for badge work, team building or a group outing.
– Group Capacity: Up to 50 climbers
– Pricing:
->School Term: $16.50 per person (inc. GST)
-> School Holidays: $27.50 per person (inc. GST)
– Session Duration: 1 hour
– Availability: Weekday evenings between 6:00pm and 8:00pm
(Earlier sessions available on request, please enquire about weekend and School holiday availability)
– Waiver Management: Please send us your group list prior to the session to help us check waivers ahead of time
Vacation Care / OOSH Groups / Other Groups Events
We offer two flexible options to suit your program needs: Private Event Hire or Per Person Entry.
Option 1: Private Event Hire
Exclusive venue access for your group.
– Group Capacity: Up to 50 climbers
– Pricing:
-> Weekends & Public Holidays: $750 + catering platters
->Weekdays: $550 + catering platters
– Climbing Session Duration: 1 hour
– Available Time Slots:
Daily: 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, 4:30pm
Weekdays only: Additional 6:00pm session available
– Party Room Access: 45-minute party room use included when ordering a minimum of 3 food platters
– Waiver Management: Please provide your attendee list in advance for waiver verification
Option 2: Per Person Entry
An affordable alternative for smaller groups or non-exclusive visits.
– Group Capacity: Up to 50 climbers
– Pricing: $27.50 per person (inc. GST)
– Climbing Session Duration: 1 hour
– Available Time Slots: Daily at 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, and 4:30pm
– Waiver Management: Attendee lists help us confirm waiver status ahead of your visit
