🎉 Make your next celebration unforgettable with our BYO Food Parties! Perfect for kids, friends, or team events, you’ll enjoy a climbing session followed by party time in our private space.

Price: $29.95 per attendee

Group Size: Minimum 10 – Maximum 20 guests

Schedule: Every afternoon (except Wednesdays)

Climb Time: 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Party Room Time: 5:30pm – 6:00pm

Dedicated staff member to host your party

Private party space

2 jugs of cordial & 2 jugs of water

Lolly bag for each guest

Fully set table with cloth, chairs, cups, and plates

Optional hot and cold food platters available to order

Optional ice cream cake ($25.00)

👉 Please note: Guests must take their rubbish when leaving (excluding food scraps).

⚠️ Important Restrictions

No heating or cooking facilities available.

In adherence to Central Coast Leagues Club Guidelines and rules, No fast food is to be brought on premises.

Limited refrigerator and freezer space (only during climbing time), please inform staff ahead of time if we should prepare some space for you.

Please bring an ingredients list for any foods you provide and check for allergies

🚫 However, party poppers, glitter, confetti, and similar items are not permitted.
